  • The Gathering & District assemblies

    June 10-17, 2018 at the Lighthouse Camp and Retreat Center. Families are welcome to camp during the week in a cottage, dorm, or outdoor camping area. Activities are available for all ages at various times. Celebrating 70 Years!

  • Vacation bible adventure

    July 9-12, 2018  @6:00-8:30pm

    This year's Vacation Bible Adventure theme is "SLIME" and all children ages 4 -12 are encouraged to attend this high-impact event featuring all kinds of bright glowing neon colors, paints, and more! Join in on Sunday morning for a cool kick-off in the Power Plant at 10:45am. To conclude VBA week, we host an annual Funday Sunday with special musical performances during second service at 10:45am, then a indoor picnic and lots of great outdoor activities!     The 2018 camps have a beach theme called "Faith Adventure". Registration for all elementary children's camps is now open thru July 14. Counselor applications are also now being accepted.

  • Operation Serve:  Christmas edition

    Wednesday, December 13, 2017 at 6:30-8:00pm

    Each year, small groups go out to visit "shut-ins", new attenders, or offer other random acts of kindness in Findlay. Following the event we serve refreshments in the FLC.  Take a few plates of Christmas cookies to deliver!

  • Children's Musical

    This year's theme is "In a Galilee Far, Far Away." Directed by Eric & Leah Hertenstein. Rehearsals begin in September during regularly scheduled programs. 

  • CHristmas Eve Service

    Sunday, December 24 at 4:00pm & 6:00pm

    Both gatherings feature Biblical readings, dramatic performances and our traditional candle-lighting ceremony. Join us as we celebrate our Savior's birth. 


    Christmas morning service is at 10:45am (only). 

  • Naz Young Adult Christmas Party

    Friday, January 12, 2018 at 6:00-9:00pm

    Usually the third Friday of December. Bring a dish/dessert. Play some holiday pictionary and volleyball. Childcare available upon request. More info on the Naz Facebook page.

    Every few years, before the Super Bowl game (and a few weeks before the local CPS Chili Cook-off) we have a gathering of our own bowls. Join us and bring your best recipe to share! It's a great time to invite your friends and family.

    Each year we offer a breakfast for all our attenders and guests. We hope you enjoy a good meal with your church family as we celebrate our Lord's resurrection! (Due to the breakfast, we bump the first service time earlier to 8:30am.)

    This event hosts dozens of local consignors selling their gently used children's items. This event serves as a fundraiser for our children's ministry department.

  • Night of Worship

    This special family event takes place 2-3 times per year on a "5th Sunday" and includes one hour of praise and worship with special testimonies from persons within our congregation. 

  • National Day of prayer & 90-hour bible reading

    Thursday, May 3, 2018 at 7:00pm

    This year's prayer rally is hosted at Church of the Living God, 701 N. Main St, Findlay. Anyone can sign-up for a one hour slot of Bible reading or prayer at Dorney Plaza, open Sunday at 4:00pm til Thursday at 12 noon. See bulletin for more details.

  • Faith Promise Weekend

    Saturday, May 5, 2018 at 5:30pm & May 6 worship services

    Each year, the week after Easter, we invite a guest of honor & their family to speak to us about their global missions work. We encourage one another to promise in faith any special amount to give towards global missions and support the many Nazarene ministers around the world. We feature special activities for and by our children at this event as well. This year's guest is Sam Tayamo who is currently serving in the Philippines. 

  • Mini-golf mania

    Come out for a night of fun mini-golf for the family, especially for Pre-K and Kindergardeners. Set-up begins at 5pm.
